Hard same, never found it that hard, especially compared to the nes Gradius.

I never really found this game that hard, especially compared to the Nes version of Gradius. It’s also much easier than Konami’s contemporaneous game Axelay.

The absolute best thing about the VMU was for playing Football games where you could pick your plays just off the VMU so that your opponent who was in the same room could not see what play you picked.
