Perfectly said. I may not agree with Rose’s saying this or that, but a) who cares what I think? and b) she’s been through a trauma and is now re-living it, in public, every day. She gets all the rope she needs with that, I think. AND, when people came for Corey Feldman’s weirdness in describing his experiences,

But we were meant to dislike her, and much like with Poe, she didn’t give a shit if we disliked her. She had a plan, she stuck to it, and then she went down with her ship like a fucking boss.

That silent anime-like scene of the rebel flagship hyperdrive destroying Snoke’s ship was the best scene.

Have you no sense of fun?

“It was a relief then that Rian Johnson did what needed to be done... I hear those criticisms, but find them easy to forgive in the face of how brave some of Rian Johnson’s choices were.”

I feel like you missed the best one, where Poe Dameron, dashing space flyboy, pulls a mutiny on the cold and frigid new commander who’s obviously not as a good a choice as him in his own mind, and it turns out he’s the asshole, not the hero.

Not that I’m a fan of going after 82 year old humans, but the whole thing of physically altering dogs to suit our tastes is pretty awful and we need to stop doing that.

Bearing witness is an important part of helping people cope with trauma. Telling their stories and feeling heard may actually help their recovery, long term.

I... feel a way about reading these narratives. Even if the women telling these stories told them of their own volition, and wanted them to be shared, what good does it do for us to read them?

Who cares? Flights are horrible. People eat stinky food, they take up too much space. On more than one occasion the asinine banter of adults has been more annoying that children. Get over it. Flying sucks. Kids are kids.

Aung San Suu Kyi, Myanmar’s civilian leader and a winner of the Nobel Peace Prize, lacks the authority to fully address the situation—though a Human Rights Watch spokesman asserted that she has allowed herself to be misled about what’s really going on

Larry,

oh I have no doubt about that. I’m not taking a flight with my kids solo to get a shining gold star for passenger of the year. I was silently cursing, sweating, and uncomfortable the whole time with anxiety and fear. I did the best I could by myself. I also understand that its no one else’s issue that I was flying

This bit seems a little irresponsible: “Aung San Suu Kyi, Myanmar’s civilian leader and a winner of the Nobel Peace Prize, lacks the authority to fully address the situation—though a Human Rights Watch spokesman asserted that she has allowed herself to be misled about what’s really going on”

I’m not racist. I have white friends. Namaste!

cool the troll is here.

I saw a clip of the video on the news this afternoon and all could think is ‘get the fuck off the internet with this.’ Not because bullying isn’t an issue but because I hate parents parading their kids’ pain on social media. I hate it with this, I hate it when parents film ‘punishment videos’, and I hate it when

We don’t know the motive yet, but an important thing to note: There is no religion that teaches hate. Islam IS peaceful, and those who think Allah wants them to kill are just blaspheming his name. If that was the motive, then the bomber is not a true Muslim.

I can’t wait to see this but is it wrong to hope Valentina upsets Tyra so much she gets told about herself as only Tyra can?

Toot for Katya and Manila; I think both of these queens have shown they not only have a following but talent that transcends their time on Drag Race.
