Who is to say the cryo even worked? The Zetans couldn’t even get it to work half the time (remember thawing out those poor soldiers?), and Vault-tech somehow managed to have a 100% success rate until sabotaged by the Institute?

You could have gotten replaced *after* cryo. Or during, I guess.
Amazing, hilarious story. Great article Patricia.
But one of the reasons why The Witcher-games stand out is because they follow an established protagonist with a distinct personality and a history with the characters and the world around him. It’s always troublesome to make a plot- and dialogue-heavy game with a blank slate protagonist and make them fit organically…
Is this one of the easter eggs that hadn’t been discovered yet?
Hmmm, I remember seeing him in Memory Den and Diamond City, but it never occurred to me they were all the same person. In the back of my mind, I just figured this is a game so they probably recycled character models.
I don’t get the comments about, “I blew through the main story. It sucked and was too fast.” Why play the damn thing at all? Fallout is about just wandering around sometimes. Hell, the wandering is practically the main story with the main story to break you away from just wandering. There’s so much there beyond just…
there was a Fallout MMO in the works years ago (like I think around the time FO3 was released) but Bethesda cancelled it once they got full control over the Fallout license.
Awesome. I had no idea someone had converted the NCR armor over. While it obviously wouldn’t make much sense given the location, it’s still, by far, the coolest armor I’ve seen in any of the FO games.
For me this just removes a lot of the immersion factor.
I got this for Skyrim and it changes the game, it makes it so much more immersive. Easily one of the better mods out there for these kind of games.
Gauss Rifle matches the power armor in size.
Seriously. This fucking game. This might be the only instance where I got suckered into getting the pass at a Gamestop and retroactively didn't regret it. CD Projekt Red has ensured a FROM software level of devotion from me.
