I was reading about social class and how poor high school kids will park in town, hang out around their cars, smoke and listen to music. Perhaps (at most) have a beer or smoke some pot. No harm in a town that’s not offering teen programs and such. They can’t afford to do more.

They’re just emboldened, lately.
