Stop being logical.  Then you’ll understand how too many men think. :)

Yes, listening is the first step (which is hard for many of us men).

When Vermont passed the Civil Union law in 2002 I thought it was the perfect solution—for everyone! Legal civil union for all. Religious marriage for whomever wants that in whatever church they choose.

I grew up with four strong sisters, a strong mother and a father who encouraged merit instead of roles (we are a family of engineers, math and computer people, so fairly logical to what works and makes sense). Never did I really think about being an ally; I just thought everyone thought this way and that those who

Your blame is well placed, although Trump is more the symptom than the disease.  I’ve read someone on 4Chan started it as a liberal troll--a benign common sign that now has liberals chasing their tale “trying to be PC police” (i.e., decent human beings).  Unfortunately, mission accomplished.  And now it IS a sign for

I still like the idea of a coach having a bit of power for that one egregious mistake. Some data on, say, Belichick’s success rate vs. Reid would be telling. I’d raise the stakes to “You get the call and no time out penalty AND that’s your only review”. Coaches get their justice without it going on and on.

As a sixth grade teacher, I am having problems at my school with the “hole game”. My students are honestly giving the hole-game sign, upside down and below the belt, to trick others into looking. Our class photo had a kid doing it. I believe with my heart they are clueless. Still, not good.

Hypnotherapy changed me so much, in only a few sessions.

As is always the case when someone A STRONG WOMAN proposes an idea before it’s time, Christie’s accurate guess is dismissed.

Of course, if that child had died in the arms of its mother it would be used as proof that immigrants, etc. are unfit mothers. Sigh.

Related: I find that leaving the office at 5:00 on Monday, regardless, makes the rest of the week fine.  I can do late nights every other night if I leave at 5:00 on Monday.  Conversely, if I stay late Monday I find the rest of the week--even if I leave every day at 5:00--to DRAG.

My wife teaches at a newly IB high school. Some interesting stuff.

That’s what library wifi is for.

Plus (next step in the story) when they went to streaming their really limited choice of videos it seemed like magic. And when I could do it on the Wii instead of my laptop, mind blown. Netflix’ story has been all about growth—even their foray into original content (remember House of Cards and how radical that was!)

Teacher here:

Well, that’s not going to solve anything.

My dental hygienist tried to sell me on this deep cleaning procedure which would have been repeated every three months (for life). I have bad gums, but I was not ready for this (and it never made things better, just held things at bay).

If he’d been a true hero, he’d have intervened on the train in the moment.

Leo is smug.  He’s also not breaking the metro rules while in a metro uniform.

I’m not a troll. I actually read a number of articles before posting looking for someone to ask the questions I asked, or an article to mention them. None did, so here i am (getting answers!).
