There isn’t any evidence that the racial makeup of the jury is a result of jury selection rather than of location demographics–Cosby is being tried in the county where he chose to live (and commit rapes) and it’s about 90% white.

At this point, I wouldn’t be surprised to learn his attorney made sure to get a mostly white jury just to use that to muddy the issue.

Cosby chose to live in predominantly-white Montgomery County and then to rape a woman in his home there. So he’s on trial in his home (or former home) county and the trial jury closely reflects the demographics of that county.
