Most of the presidential campaigns are nothing but a scam where politicians get "donations" that they distribute to their family and friends for "jobs" in the campaign. 

This is why people, with no chance of winning run for president. They get out in the public eye, spout off whatever they think will pay off down the road, admit “defeat” and cash in. Beats working.

Joe is the onesie. Do these folks have any sense of history? Nixon’s The One was Tricky Dick’s campaign slogan in 1968. But then again maybe they are right on. We will be able to tell when Jo starts talking about problems that are “beyond politics” and begins speaking to the “silent majority.”

Don't be ridiculous. The only "unintended consequences" are that she has had to justify her behavior. 

Part of the problem, I think, is that $15 per hour, to a lot of folks, especially those on a salary, sounds like a lot of money. Sounds. If you do a little math and multiply 40 (hours per week) times 50 (weeks per year) you get 2,000. Multiply 2,000 times 15 (15 times 1000 is 15,000 double that) and you get 30,000.…

Give more money to the government? All that would do is fund policies to which he is opposed. Trump is such a vengeful jerk he would figure out a way to take the extra money Bernie gave and put a plaque on his wall claiming Bernie paid for it. Or put Bernie’s name on a bomb being dropped on a kid in Yemen.

It is kinda like the hate/love relationship a lot of folks have with the FBI and DOJ. When they are pounding on your guy (or gal) they are a threat to democracy. When they are beating up your opponent they sit at the right hand of God. 

I feel like it is an “opposite sides of the same coin” kinda deal (what makes you great is what brings you down) but it always amazes me when somebody doing shady stuff brings so much attention to themselves . Egos are a crazy thing.

To me it's pretty clear, for him and a lot of the rest. Once you set up a campaign you can use your campaign funds to give nice "jobs" to yourself and/or your wife, your kids, your buddies, your favorite brother in law and a whole boatload of other folks. It is a scam. 

This is kinda the Trump version of Catch 22. If you are stupid enough to go work for this guy, you are not smart enough to do the job, and if you are smart enough to do the job, you are not more stupid than him and he won't hire you. 

Probably afraid that secrets are being kept from him. 

You would have to be macochist to work for this guy. It is obvious that he has no coherent policies and when things go bad you have to know he is going to blame you. I can't wait until it happens to Miller. 

Bernie has said he wants to run a 50 state campaign. I think he is just walking his talk. He is going to get a chance to go in front of folks that might have never listened to what he has to say and make his case. He is going to speak his mind, call out Trump for what he is and make people see he is not the boogeyman.…
