A couple grand for a mint MR2? I want to live where you are living!

Wasn’t me or my car, but a I had friend in high school with a Ford Probe who would swap out the shift knob with something different every month. Golf club shafts, baseball bats, pool balls, etc. The best was the entire front handle of a Razor Scooter. It was so tall, when he shifted to third he punched his rearview

Yes, very helpful advice for the millions of people who lease and will continue to do so. Telling people not to lease is like telling people not to have sex. It’s going to happen, people are going to do it. It’s my job to make sure they have the most information possible to they get the best deal they can.

I love your work Alanis but this headline is a bit click-baitey maybe?

I never miss an episode. Ditto with CNET On Cars.

If you’re not watching their podcast/vlog “Talking Cars with Consumer Reports” you’re missing out. You can find all 110 episodes on their YouTube channel. I like manuals. I’m driving a 2007 Audi RS4 and need a new car. Audi is off the list because you can’t get a manual in the new fast sedans (and coupe-like sedan things). I was waiting for the Alfa, but they backed out of the manual deal. Mercedes has been out of the manual business for years. I was not shopping

“Wanna buy a Mazda 6 with the most available power and a stick? Nope.”

That’s good. Chronological issues aside.

Dat ass is horrendous

Tacoma Sport, what’s your function?

The best is when people debadge vehicles and then leave holes or indents because it wasn’t a sticker, but actually secured with posts.

Literally every one of those badges is essential. Imagine that you are merging into the pickup line at country day school and the other mom has a regular Explorer. Once she spots that Bauer logo on your car, it’s like, BAM, you outrank her and she has to let you in.

I know this isn’t a fake mod but I cringe every time I see these stickers
