You’re absolutely right about the costume needing something to break it up. This is an incredibly basic fashion principle. Yet everyone here seems hell-bent on disagreeing with you and saying that Snyder is king and, therefore, never wrong.

Not like you’ll be able to tell anyway. All of Snyder’s movies have shitty lighting, and even if they WERE well lit, he sucks all the color out of them to the point where they’re almost monochromatic anyways.
