This is an issue that has negatively impacted me on a very personal level. I read a review beforehand that told me that Star Trek the videogame was worth buying and so I did. I was brutalized.

I think that if someone made a comic like that then it would be protected speech, just like all of the other offensive things that are published and protected by the first amendment.
