I have the same issue with being a vocal Ally for women as I do for POC in that I just don’t know what to do anymore so I stay silent. It seems like the best course of action... stay silent, vote for the candidate who supports women’s rights, maybe donate to some social justice organizations, and that’s all.

Again, didn’t Tilda Swinton literally say “feel free to tell me to fuck off” meaning “I understand if you don’t want to educate me on this, if that’s the case just say so no worries.”?

But she literally said “feel free to tell me to fuck off if you like” so there was NO expectation that Cho “needed” to respond. Why are you ignoring that?
