Ferrari does this shit often.
F1 has been on the ropes for a while. They keep introducing artificial methods of making the racing exciting. These are no longer the best examples of engineering in the world, they are the best examples of engineering to arbitrary limits.
Those things just fall over!
The case with almost certainly be dismissed on summary judgment. Plenty of people have Carrera GTs who are able to handle them + it'll be impossible to prove that there were defects in the car. Assumption of risk also applies in operating a car like that and (I think) the investigators found that speed was a factor.
Exactly. Once the car leaves the factory, Porsche can't control how it is maintained.
Pay the ticket and expense it back to them. Charge them time to do the expense report.
For the record; I LOVED Nemo's car and sub.
That's what kind of makes it sad. He seemed to use the HOF/Wrestlemania weekend to try and bury some hatchets with people. Whether it was a sincere effort or just for a short period to look we'll never know but I like to pretend it was the former because it makes the story better.
Not being able to buy a Ferrari really makes me want a McLaren more.
Fucking movie studios. They account for so little of our actual economy and yet they seem to have so much legislative power. It's crazy that some of these privacy laws have been enacted just because their afraid of piracy. This software isn't illegal. Who the hell do they think they are.
Thank you for fighting bullshit "journalism."
Are you kidding me? It landed in my home country? How the hell did the government of Kazakhstan allow it? Goddamn assholes.
Definitely, but I'm worried about the battery. Do you think it drains the battery?
