I always thought the people on...uh...other Egypt planet were actual ancient Egyptian humans who’d been brought by Alien Ra to continue building pyramids for...reasons. It’s unclear. But are they actually alien...humans? I love the movie, but to this day, that is a big ambiguity.

Correct choice, I’d say. I never quite understood the logic of this spinoff. I loved Bobbi & Hunter in the AoS environment, but there wasn’t really a case for them carrying their own show that I could see.

I love me some Hot Rod (and Rodimus), too. But the image, particularly the Bumblebee’ish head and redshift, and the brief description make him seem more like the Bay version of Cliffjumper.

I always figured there was some kind of displacement involved - as if you were plopping a stone in water. The water moves out of the way.
