CBC has free streams of every event available on their website. Only the more popular have commentators, but there’s a stream for everything.

Last fall they realized how racist the Thunder Bay Police Department is and decided they needed oversight and additional training. So they brought in the RCMP. How the fuck are the RCMP going to help with a racism problem in law enforcement?
