Sadly, this is an accurate take.

I have often wondered whether the American people could sue Trump for all the damage he’s done to the country’s ideals, stability, and its reputation with the rest of the world.

Never mind.

Are they also sharing all the quotes from the insurgents themselves? The ones where they say over and over that they were acting because the <gag> president told them to?

Came here to say this. This is what liberals do when they finally get to place they can do things: they fight over HOW things should be done. Too much thinking spoils the doing.

They’re trying to absolve themselves of as much responsibility as possible. They keep repeating that it’s on the Dems, it’s on Biden and his administration, to achieve the healing. That way if the healing fails to occur (a fact on which they are counting), it’s someone else’s (the enemy’s!) fault and they can join in…

Of course Pence won’t invoke the 25th amendment. He’s a coward and he heard the MAGAts screaming for blood because he betrayed Drumpf on the electoral-vote-counting. He’s scared shitless now.

I don’t understand why conservative types get so riled up about “cancel culture”. These are people who worship free-market capitalism and thrive on social Darwinism; they should be all for it.
