I get oil in my intake and that effectively lowers the octane.

Torco actually works pretty well. I put it in my Subaru on track days to combat blowby.

I thought they mentioned this in this very article:

Yeah amending the article isn’t really anywhere near enough of a correction.

Is he trying to be Ricky Gervais?

Agreed. Sounds awesome to have a Ferrari pit crew helping you. I just thought people might get the impression that the track day itself is somehow different. Instead, refreshingly, it sounds like Ferrari stays out of your way to let you drive.

I think this dude actually had a low beam out though, and that’s what the cop was objecting to. But then he turned on his high beams and some smoke and mirrors to try to prove he didn’t have an issue. I have no bias here, but I think that’s what happened?

yeah he definitely lifted. This really has nothing to do with AWD.

Actually 4 and a half years old. It was discontinued 4 years ago when the iPad 4 came out.

Also, a 3 year old ipad mini 2 would still get updated. Perhaps you mean a 4 year old original ipad mini?

They actually go back 4 generations on the phones, since back to the iPhone 5 is supported. I didn’t know Nougat was out for the S5, which is cool. That is only 2 years ago though, because it was released in 2014.

Agreed, but it’s really apples and oranges, since on Android you will rarely even get an OS update unless you’re on a small subset of phones, so Google has to find ways to get other app updates in.

I agree with you. But also, something about the tone of the article made it sound like these were unique things. Or at the very least the author didn’t say “oh and drivers meetings and run groups and tire pressures are what everyone does at track days, so the FXX program isn’t that crazy!” Maybe I just missed that

This sounds like any normal track day? Tech, driver’s meeting for rules, session 1, check pressures and inspect car, repeat repeat repeat, load up and go home.

I have the same problem. I like photography and take a ton of photos with my phone. With the 6 and 6S I didn’t feel I was missing out on OIS, but with the 7 I have ordered the stupid Plus. I am really hoping that I find the camera isn’t worth it and I’ll exchange it in the 14 day window to get a normal phone that I

I see a wire between the ears. I wouldn’t call these wireless when compared to the AirPods.

Christina Warren writing at Gizmodo? Cool!

FYI the links to the footnotes from the article are broken.

The intake manifold was on backwards

Now that is awesome.
