I always insure things to cover damage. It never occurred to me that if the item simply never showed up, and UPS tracking had no record of a delivery, that that would not fully be covered by UPS regardless of insurance. If you ever go to the big island, there’s a seahorse farm/tour thing just north of Kona. Super interesting and I highly recommend it.
