wow that was super cool

I recently got that Logitech remote to replace an older Harmony and it’s been really nice. The hub works great and the simple remote is almost perfect. I rarely use the phone stuff because it’s pretty bad, but just the remote is great. RF to the hub and IR out of that has been rock solid to all of my devices,

I love my WRX hatch but this is actually sort of interesting. I’ll keep my eyes on it. Older Minis were awfully fun to drive.

Already ordered exactly that. Thanks for the help.

I think I’m going to pick one up. I’ve been wanting to play Galak-Z and don’t have a PS4, and it seems like a good TV game. What’s the deal with controllers? Do I have to use the Valve one or can I pair/plug-in a console one?

didn’t they inbound it out of bounds? turnover?

it really didn’t if you watch the video

Ok, so as other commenters have pointed out, the author is conflating LAN with Internet. Pretty terrible mistake.

Interesting - thanks for the info. I’ll give this a shot with a laptop and see how it goes. My new PC is an i7 with GTX 970, and is on Ethernet, so I’d assume I’m good to go. If I’m playing single player games is internet speed at all a factor?

Can you explain more about these technologies? I have a new, good PC, but I prefer to game in my living room. Can I use one of these things in the article over the LAN? Also, are you streaming to a laptop? I didn’t know you could do that with Steam.

I have a pretty good machine and network, but my internet is only average. Why do you need good internet if you’re using this at home on a LAN? Is the gamepad the only method you can use?

Just give up, like I have for drones/quad-copters

I pick E. I’ve got a young kid and I’m not stressing out. If you’re constantly worrying or stressed you’re just going to negatively impact everything more than just accepting that things will be as good as you can make them and being happy with that.

2 working professional parents here in California with a 21-mo old. So I feel like I should be able to relate to the people in the article, but I don’t feel stressed about working or my kid or life. Who knows, my sample size 1 here doesn’t relate to the article.

Our “zoo membership” was $85 and the break even point was between 2-3 visits. The zoo is in town so it’s an easy proposition to go for just a few hours on the weekend. Piece of cake entertainment and everyone likes it. And I think we get some free access for grandparents too.

I do hear it brought up and recommended, so I wouldn’t say never.

No, she worked at TrueCar, and forecasted those values. I just misremembered or misinterpreted a conversation we had where she said Acuras sucked.

yeah, at least for me it was easy to make friends in my dorm. Our floor turned into a tight knit group, and most of us had never met before college. This opened up doors to meeting extended circles of friends in later years.

Huh, I stand corrected.
