@adema135: I could beat it as a kid on NES. The level with the mini-monsters that you could squish was just weird. And the last level was hellishly hard.

@TheSonOfKrypton: Yeah but that's with like a $500 or $1000 deductible.

@lucasway89: yeah kinda just thought they were still and the people are all running laps...

@nlshelton: Ah so you essentially need a MIDI guitar. That wasn't entirely clear from the article.

"But even more so, you can use a full, real Fender guitar in the game as well...with actual strings...even plugged into an amp."

I had one of these like 10 years ago. It was cool. Suction cupped on. I think it was called a SoundBug. No idea where I left it though.

@N7: Pre-ordered on the first day was their claim.

It just went down again.

I sort of ordered... but apple couldn't link to at&t so they say it'll be $699. I'm guessing I can finagle that at the Apple Store... or cancel it if I can get a correct preorder through.

@Chris Pratt: So you think they wouldn't pixel double all iPhone apps, and high res apps will be a completely different version? I thought devs would just place high res artwork in their app and not have to mark it as HD or whatever like the iPad apps. Interesting.

I've read some hands-on commenters saying the display seems to pop right out of the glass and be on top of it. Aren't the new manufacturing techniques essentially merging the touch and the LCD, or the LCD and the glass? What I'm wondering is what happens when you break the front glass? On old iPhones you just bought a

@JS_Drupal: I guess? I've never dropped mine. I think if you're the type of person who's going to drop your phone, you shouldn't buy a nice phone, or you should deal with the consequences.

@Eulatos: No, my 3G runs out of memory all the time. It's a clear issue that isn't speed related, but apps closing because they can't allocate memory. I too assumed there'd be a 64GB version and that it would have 256MB memory. Oh well, they're obviously leaving room for the 4Gs.

@knyghtryda: Yeah bad idea. Those wires are super thin and fragile, which is why, at least on high end buds, you're not supposed to just tug them out of your ear by the cord. This is just asking to break them, but I guess if they're cheap who cares.

@tonyola: Yeah but that will hurt residuals pretty quickly. It will hike up the lease values real fast.
