I have dealt with this same phenomenon for some time now. I cannot understand why people will do that. I have figured out if I want them to go faster in the passing lane, is to get over so they speed up to pass the other obstacle in the right lane. I hate other drivers.

I love this thread. In high school, I mounted a nice set of fog lights right above my lights of my ‘84 monte carlo. The four lights below, plus 2 lights up top were a marvel to see at night, especially when I would drive too fast and the lights would tilt up and point at odd angles. That car an ugly brown on brown,
