Yeah, heres why thats kinda bullshit. It took 6 seconds to load the map UI and another 14 to load into a lot... so to go from one neighborhood to the next your looking at a minimum of 26 seconds of loading...

The plan is to have it run 60fps at 1080, but if they cant get it to work with all the features the resolution will be lowered.

All, except halo 2 anniversary, which was lowered in order to make the instant graphics switch work at 60fps.

your right, nothing to do with skyrim, its a problem with windows, you can look it up. Never had it in 7, but starting with 8 I get it almost constantly... That being said... I still prefer 8.1 over 7...so... shrug

I had 1 rrod in the my time with the xbox 360 (6-7 years?) and in that same time I have had 4 broken hardrives, a cracked laptop body, a burnt out cpu and a broken fan on PC...
