I'm not kidding. I've done some longstanding comparisons. Look up CRT vs. Plasma on the internet, and you'll see that CRT still has the fastest refresh rates, deepest blacks, and very comparable color representation to plasma. For my own eyes, I seem to agree. CRT is also much better for video games, due to the

Directors always look like they do all the work, and the actors look like they do practically nothing.

"Meeko, kill..."

I hear you. I still use an 11-year-old 36 inch Sony Wega flatscreen CRT 1080i TV as my main television. It's image quality is FAR better than any plasma or LED flatscreen on the market today. Ah, the hey-days of SONY....

That was it - the BBB rep said we would get an "A" rating if we pay the fee. But I don't know of any other evaluative criteria that they wanted.

I have a question regarding the Better Business Burea. The business I'm at was offered to be 'approved' by the Better Business Bureau. One of their reps contacted our business and said we can be 'approved' by simply paying a fee (I think it was $50 or something) to get the approval.

Someone (I believe on this site) had the great idea of having this film in 3D on Blu-Ray - but the only time the 3D effect occurs is that scene that your picture represents.

Your ideas are sound re: dreaming. I've thought that (or wished for that) as well, trying to block out every film after Aliens. I also recall that "wood spaceship" or "wood planet" concept that was floating around. At least that wasn't used!

That is the best Aliens sequel script summary I have ever read. Absolutely great ideas, Trike! I would have supported that script over the Alien 3 script any day.

Well-said. Cameron has gained my respect in regards to the boundaries he has pushed in film-making and marine/space technology and exploration. There are many ways to use your riches, and his way is certainly respectable if not very admirable. Kudos to the Bill Gates and others who provide ways to forward our

Kirk, you should read this article regarding Flamenco Sketches and All Blues (just came out a couple days ago):

You may be on to something there. I actually wonder if Nike is sponsoring/funding this film, for the subliminal advertising on that "S".

Great article, Kirk - KOB is my favourite jazz album of all time. My other Miles favourites are Sketches of Spain (love the mix of orchestra and horn on it) and...Decoy.

In the words of Lieutenant William Gorman: "All I know is a xenomorph may be involved."

Interesting - didn't know that!

He who dies with the most stuff wins.

Reminds me of the Cliff Hanger laser disc game of the 80s.
