Am I the only one weirded out that Jane's only Asian friend is a generic stereotype?

Once I was at a major music festival for three days and not one person ever offered to sell me drugs. Maybe I look too clean cut.

"Kudos to Jason Ralph for going all in on that one, despite a complete lack of singing ability."

In general, Earth and Mars have very good asteroid defense systems. Any unidentified object in the solar system seems to be going on course close to one of the planets, and they'll see it and blow it up before it even gets close.

They don't quite stand up to scrutiny. I think the author admitted that Ceres probably couldn't be spun that fast, and they purposely scrubbed specific dates to avoid people saying stuff like, "Jupiter should have been on the other side from Saturn!"

Not really a spoiler:

I keep reading Olivia Munn instead.

I'm pretty sure it's to emphasize an interracial romance that may be coming up. Holden historically hasn't dated Belters, and Ade is an Earther. So making her white provides a bit more visual shorthand for that disparity.

Yeah, but Feast and Dance are really just one book, but bloated and poorly edited.

The danger isn't how fast you go, it's how quickly you slow down.

I'm pretty sure y'all just bit the troll hard.

That's a weird criticism. Even if we disagree about Avarasala as a character, Bobby's awesome, and Naomi, even if she gets in trouble a lot, mostly rescues herself.
