This is my hack for frozen food, too! I add either extra fresh veg or frozen, and it helps bulk out those portions that are mostly carbs and poor quality meat.

Two tricks, because I suffer similarly to you. I have a few quick meals for that (steak and arugula, pasta w sausage, tortillas w any meat and cabbage slaw, or greens w cheese and nuts). I have them on my Pinterest so when my brain stops working from hunger I can remind myself that pasta takes 10 minutes, which is way…
It’s a fascinating notion, isn’t it?
The only time Ive had ears they was deep fried as part of a charcuterie board. It was like pork rinds, and way better than the sheep brain. Which I did not like at all.
She got three and gave one away, I guess is what I learned from wasting my time on that.
Your skin is still growing and dying and flaking off, so you are washing off the dead cells and any oil/sebum produced. Also drool and eye crusties if you are like me.
Dunno, maybe this is some spy novel level shit and then went in to take him down? Or they defected, while there?
Some are purple all the way through =) At least the ones at our farmers market are, the ones at the store aren’t always. Once you cook they loose some of the vibrancy though. maybe add just a tiny touch of beet to brighten it?

What is your favorite?
We went to Mexico at the same time, for very similar reasons. We went to the coast though so tended to eat more grouper and shrimp and crab. I miss the food so badly. There was a steak taco there to die for and the fish is some of the best I’ve ever had.
yeah, I use them too, for the exact reasons you do lol
havarti, proscuitto, asparagus, red onion
That’s pretty close to lab spray down protocol where I am =) Spray down, and wipe off 15 min later.
As another lab person, a clean dish cloth is fine, or a brush that dries out and you replace at some point (we use one of those sponges on a handle). The safest way is to wash, then briefly soak with bleach solution followed by a rinse with water. Since most of us don’t have 3 sinks to facilitate this, clean dish…
Yay biology!
Benzalkonium chloride is the active ingredient in most lysol products, but hydrogen peroxide is is used in its Free and Clear line. So you could most likely switch between the two, but wipes always give me concerns.
