Generally you do not place victimhood on someone. Often they are not psychologically ready, but for some people, abuse does not impact them the same way and you shouldn’t force trauma or labels on someone.

I tip a base rate if it’s cheap, like under 4/5 bucks. If it’s more I do percent because it’s heavy, extra bags or whatever.
