Mental illness does not run in my family; it strolls about and casually introduces themselves to each of us. Some are more afflicted than others but we all know their touch.

This is no shit my phone screen saver.

I’ve been waiting all day for you to write about this and it was well worth the wait! 👏🏽

Cohen gonna flip like...

I’d like to formally ask for your hand in marriage.

Me to Eric Reid:

Bipolar disorder runs rampant in my family; I’ve thought the same thing. I wanna be like “Kanye, we have really good medications now, please take them!” And then I remember how well that tactic worked out within my family. 😐

Oh sweet gawd I laughed way too hard at this! 👏🏽

I had a similar experience; chose not to prosecute as well. It took me a really long time to understand that MY choice is just as valid as anyone else’s choice. You did the best thing you could do for yourself at the time.

I think it was Rick Wilson on The Daily Beast who called Cohen “budget Ray Donovan” and I laughed so hard I damn near choked to death. Cohen is gonna flip so fast.

Privilege (of ma y varieties) allows assholes like this to speak this way in a court of law, it’s not unique, unfortunately.

“My longtime friend and mentor André Leon Talley...”

“Did he forget to get the fake cotton from Hobby Lobby?”

A rare bright spot in this horrific world we live in. Imma enjoy it, for just a minute.

Texas is one of largest purchasers of textbooks so the legislature drives the content. NOT an excuse, this is inexcusable, just context. Kids in many other states get these same books because Texas has the purchasing power & companies who produce these books bow to the economic pressures of their largest clients.
