I have to say- I got a wii U about 6 months ago, and I'm glad I did- I have had more than a few game nights with people playing Mario U and recently Mario Kart 8. Now that it's summer, I've been able to sit in my hammock on the porch with the tablet controller thingy and play Mario Kart and the virtual console copy

They don't just sell components, remember- they have routers, tvs, etc. Stuff non-techy people use. I personally start my research online, but a lot of my relatives want to shop around in a store first, and I ALWAYS tell em to start at Microcenter so they don't have some moronic high school kid who knows nothing

Micro Center is the only electronics store where the people actually know what they are talking about (disclaimer, there is no Fry's near me).

Wow- she totally has the same build as the woman from Identity Thief, also from Florida...

yep. It's great for status reports too... red means late/failed testing, green means on schedule/passed testing, white for unknown. At a very quick glance you can tell how a project is doing, just based on the color. It does work in MS Excel as well, btw

Too bad Keith Hernandez wasn't the announcer for this.

While most of the Yankee announcers suck (especially Sterling), the rare teaming of Singleton and Cone - no Michael Kay - is really good. They both know their stuff and Cone is a perv as well and histerical to listen to. There's a thread that spans 6 years with his quotes:

minimum wage is $500,000- think about it- you get $500,000 to sit on the bench and do something like, once every other week while everyone else is working their butts off. Then you get that infamous MLB Pension.

The third k is not always backwards. Backwards K means strike out looking. Forwards K means strike out swinging.

Yeah I will be the buzzkill here and say it is financial... Creating characters in cgi is not easy (I would assume?) and if they can reuse characters created for previous films as "extras", that saves money in the budget and saves the graphic artists to work on more important parts of the film. I honestly doubt if it

I know. But there are hundreds of nfl players and with the demand for this game being SO huge, you give all of the thousands of sponsors who give the nfl millions of dollars a year the good seats, save some seats for the fans willing to pay a few thousand a seat, and then what is left?

The guy got free tickets to the Super Bowl. Tickets on stubhub were starting around $1,600 for seats worse than that. I would take those seats in a heartbeat. Stop complaining.

Good ole nj transit. Of all of the major transportation options into and out of NYC, NJ transit is the worst, and that even includes the miserable year Metro North had. So many parts of nj don't even have reliable train service and need to use a bus.

And husbands ;-)

Cinemax is still pretty damn popular for their late night stuff...

Thanks for letting me know about Stanziato's! Regarding Ted's.. Their burgers are just okay but I think their steamed plain cheese and steamed hot dog is better...

They did realize you can turn off in app purchases right? Apparently not...

As an Islander fan, I can say it's worth it... While it sucks spending the money now, you do not want to deal with the unknowns of the team possibly moving away and who knows where. The Red Wings is such a big part of the city of Detroit, to have a chance of them moving to Seattle or Quebec or something would be

Yeah especially last week of the month- cops are bad on the Saw Mill and Taconic... too bad too because northern part of the Saw Mill after it splits off from the Sprain is such a fun drive if you hit the lights right (ha)
