It really supports the knock on Android tablets in that their apps are really just larger versions of the phone apps. That's exactly the only way to use Google Maps on the iPad- a larger phone version. It's like Google doesn't realize how important optimized tablet apps are.

I honestly had a feeling this would happen. The iPad 4 was rushed out just so any user buying a new iPad would get a lightning port- they sure are pushing that and didn't want half of the ios product line to be a 30 pin adapter. They couldn't do JUST that and say it's a new model, so while changing the line, might as

Yeah but then you need to figure out how to put it all back together.... that's the harder part. I have one of those sharper image chopper things and my wife and I never use it because we are afraid of having to take it apart to clean and then figure out how to put back together...

Oh god, I am having nightmares thinking about cleaning this thing, and if it's dishwasher safe, trying to figure out how to put it back together....

No it doesn't- the plus button means the same app works on the iPad and Iphone. In app purchases are shown lower down on the App page.

Is THAT the reason the pilgrims left England for the US? Boredom? It all makes sense now!!

if the parents gave a 5 year old an iPad without parental controls turned on, it is their own fault this happened. There is an option to turn off In-app purchases to stop this EXACT thing

In Hartford you can get steamed cheeseburgers... sooo good!

First game on TV on Sunday :-). Can't wait. I found I don't use MLB.tv enough until September so am not subscribing until then. Before that I can use the Slingplayer to get the Yankee games.

With less LIRR trains going to Penn Station, it could also allow Metro North trains to go to Penn Station. Considering getting from Grand Central to MSG is pretty painful right now, that will be quite fantastic.

For people complaining about the local blackouts, get a Slingbox. MLB app is great for watching every game BUT your hometown teams, Slingplayer is great for watching ONLY your hometown team.

I haven't driven in Atlanta, but I have been on the George Washington Bridge, and it can't be much worse.. there were times it was faster to walk across the bridge than drive it. And for that luxury, there's up to a $13.00 toll

Yahoo was huge 13 years or so ago, before Google really took off...

Man I hope this works for the Islander games when they move to Brooklyn in 2015. Then we can watch them lose from anywhere in the arena!

lol it's funny to hear this as "not loud" since I have a sleep disorder and this thing being so damn loud is how I get up.. I have a few "polite" alarms that start going off 30 mins before I need to get up- a natural sunlight one, Sleep Cycle on the iPhone, a regular alarm I need to get out of bed to snooze, and if

Yeah the touch does look nice :-)... If you only have 4 remotes though, you'd be good with something like the Harmony 700 which you can find for like $60.. that's what I have for my bedroom. You can also find the (since discontinued) Harmony 600 for like $35. Same as the 700 but black and white screen and uses

Get a cheap harmony remote. greatest thing ever and brings it down to 1 remote.

http://www.amazon.com/Sonic-Alert-SB1000-Vibrating-Receiver/dp/B000EX9K40 Made for deaf people it's extremely loud, shakes the bed, flashes your lamp, can make your phone ring or door bell go off too.

How does Indiana have the most missed connections at home? Wouldn't that be your... wife/husband?

In a somewhat related question, any recommendations in products to help shave the neck?
