I think I’d rather see a sales tax on vehicles that fall below a specific MPG threshold. That would force the people who want those ghastly huge trucks to pay for it without hitting poorer people who rely on mass transit or small cars to get where they’re going.

Seriously, it’s fucking stupid to think that big oil/coal are sustainable industries going forward. This administration is a joke.

Why can you not read that this isn’t Jalopnik, it’s Foxtrot Alpha?

Another dimension? Another dimension.

It’s not a flaw if you fill the frunk with snakes

Bring back Euro Green

I spent 8 years in the Navy and was excited when I had a child that wanted to serve in the military. I am now going to steer him away also, such sad times. Thank you for your service.

My daughter was considering following my footsteps and joining the Marines pre-election.

Yeah, and good thing your unemployed have nothing to worry about it they have a health issu... Oh wait.

As long as this continues, I will always bring this up:

We’re actually having a great traffic month if anyone is curious.

See you tomorrow.

Did you even read the article? sure seems like your awful butt hurt over facts.....

You seem like the type of “mindset” that purposely misses the trashcan so that a Janitor can pick it up for you....

These just seem like dick moves now... When I turned my jetta in I felt sort of bad for the guy at the dealership because he keeps getting harassed and blamed by customers. The guy at the dealership probably had nothing to do with the scandal. Just turn in the car. It’s not that hard to act like an adult.

Building more factories will result in nothing but a bunch of abandoned buildings in 10-20 years. While I understand the desire to go back to a blue collar manufacturing economy, it’s never going to happen in the long term. The only thing building more factories does is close the employment gap for about 10 years

Neutral: Overproduction?

Screw pedestrian security!

Rip out the engine, replace it with an electric motor and batteries then give them to people who need cars. Seems like a perfect way to get Americans back to work actually. The materials are 1/2 way there. You could retool a few garages in the areas of America that need help. They’d have the lifts and the tools most

Funny, I was thinking more like spruce goose, or you know that black and white video of the decaplane that collapses as soon as it starts moving? Yeah, that.
