When anyone with the means or abilities to make it a car stop caring.

I like the cut of your jib.

Dec to Feb is summer in Australia.

Because it’s not like people can fabricate anything these days...

And a tip of the trucker cap to you kind gent.

Around Moore River the temp between December and February hover around 30-40 degrees C (86-104F) with very low humidity. Just park it outside and leave the windows down.

I kinda want to see someone swap an LS into a salvage tesla...

I bought a Mazda Familia while very drunk of a person who was also very drunk for $200. Drove it for 3 years and sold it for $80 and a carton of beer. I kinda miss that car...

In Australia all you need is a bill of sale. No proof of insurance or even registration is needed.

For me:

I really like this idea. I got shunned when playing the “what would you spend your lottery on” game when I showed a small but nice house in a good area and an RS6 avant in the garage for me with an Abarth 595 Biposto for my other half.

Yep, my rule has always been to hold the full asking price in cash and the potential buyers valid driver license while they go on a test drive/ ride. Haven’t had any complaints from people that weren’t dodgy to begin with.

Pulled the manky old carpet out of our old farm truck and found a whole lot of .22 rounds and about $7 in change. It’s been about 20 years since that truck has taken any one shooting so we’re damn lucky there I guess.

After 64000 miles, the valve spring is definitely not broken.

It kind of is. You will never see a Strata manager where there are separate houses or even units that share a common wall. Generally they are only utilised in buildings that have more than 5 units sharing one street number.

Steady on old chap, it’s the oil filtration feature.

The Strata Manager does this job. It is no where near as strict as an American HOA though.

Strata managers in Australia have this job. Except the streets are maintained by the local council who are paid by tax dollars.

Not at all. We don’t have HOAs here. We have Strata Managers. Each owner will pay a little each quarter to the Strata manager to keep the building insurance and maintenance in check. Other than that paint what ever you want how ever you want.
