My first car was a Cressida. Fuck you and the horse you rode in on. It was amazing. Like floating on a cloud, so soft was the combination of sidewall, soft suspension and softer velour seats.

It’s bigger. It’s also not garbage, just a pleasant, practical car that isn’t in any way exciting.

It’s a Corolla hatch. A compact. The Yaris is a segment smaller.

I’m the guy Toyota wants to sell this to. My current car is an ‘08 Matrix XR with a 5 speed manual. It’s not the fastest, but I enjoy driving it. Good cargo space with seats up, awesome with seats down. Good enough in the snow for what we get in upstate NY.

It is the size of a Matrix though and it has the benefit of an independent rear suspension which the Yaris and Matrix do not have.

Scion needs to make a 2000 hp RWD coupe with the interior space of a minivan and the looks of Mark IV Supra. Get to work boys!
