Edit: I hadn’t seen the 2016 Volt until just now. The two issues I had with previous Volt’s was solved but man the face on that thing is awful. I’m also not a fan of having vents on both sides of the touch screen.

Totally agree with that. I think at some point they’ll have to do something like that to sell more cars because a $50k city car is hard to justify for many people. To accomplish that, however, they’d have to make the car bigger which may not be in BMW’s plans. So, I guess in that sense the Volt is better but my god…

To me, the i3 is a city or back roads to work only kind of car and taking it, say, on an LA freeway during rush hour isn’t a great idea. But, if you live within a half hour of work and you know you don’t normally get bad traffic then this is a great car.
