When I do speed test it say close to 30 down and 6 up but I know Comcast throttles the shit out of that. My steam dl's max out at 3mps. Games lag so much. Netflix drops image quality and stops to buffer quite often.

Take my case for example I have a beast computer and pay comcast $66 a month for internet which is the best I can get around here, except if I want it to pay them $100+ which I don't. I lag almost in everything online, movies and games etc. I've tried many routers etc. Only offline games can I play without stutter...…
