I know what i said, they were recommending tipping someone that gets minimum wage or more because waiters get tipped. and i pointed out that yes they do get tips, but they dont get minimum wage.

I tip, but i usually have a set amount of $5. If they can wait 5 tables per hour and they average $3 per table for that hour thats $15 an hour plus the $2 per hour wage. Thats more than your average college job. Screw that 20% stuff they are trying to recommend.
