Jane Lynch is a treasure and Cyndi Lauper has always been money.

Yes, but “Atlanta” Bieber is still the BEST Bieber.

Nice that he seems to be figuring things out, but he lost me at jesus loves you.

Yes. Missing that education can follow a person around for life, especially if they’re in the public eye and have no opportunity to get grounded in the basics once they’re older--the whole “you don’t KNOW THAT?” scorn would be magnified exponentially.

Good for him, no sarcasm. Honestly, I doubt I or anyone I know would have done any better in similar circumstances. As Sue Lyon said in the wake of filming Lolita; “I defy any pretty girl who is rocketed to stardom at age fourteen in a sex-nymphet role to stay on a level path.”

I think therapy would be better than marriage to fix his problems. Or anyone else's

I think rich people divorce as often as they do because:

Yeah, as insightful as his post sounds it is likely just the first in a lifelong series of “okay, now I’ve got it figured out” moments.

Good for Justin for owning up to his issues. He has been through a lot and I hope he takes what he has learned to better himself going forward.

His writing is pretty awful. Ariana Grande seems to be barely literate too. Is this the result of them not going to school because they were working child stars?

I mean...I never cared for him/his music, and then when he started doing all the weird stuff/acting a fool,I really didn’t care for him or get his appeal. But,I am willing to give him credit,if this is legit, for owning up to his past mistakes, and learning from them (which is pretty important),and moving on from them.

I thought it was Screech!

I didn’t see this and just posted the same thing!

And, it’s not accurate!

Also known as “glurge.” I’m a cancer survivor, and cancer glurge makes me want to vom.

Every Saturday morning during football season, ESPN has a College Game Day Show. Every episode features what I call Tragedy Porn. It’s either a player on one of the teams who has some horrific back story or a coach or player with a terminally ill family member or a fan with a terminal illness or extreme disability.

I am of Indian origin and live in Detroit. The amount of poverty porn on both accounts is exhausting.

My mother used to run the local welfare agency and she used to tell groups that gave money or presents they weren’t allowed to be there to see the families unwrap their donated gifts. One, because she thought it violated the family’s dignity and, two, because gift recipients aren’t always as gracious and thankful as

That’s unfortunate too. I visited Detroit just over a year ago. When I tell people that it’s one of my favorite cities I’ve visited, they’re surprised- unless they’ve been there. Your food, music, people and vibe are great!
