I dont know where to share this but... picasa storage plans are grandfathered in apparently. I bought the 20gb for $5/year and while it says it is no longer offered, the storage space is indeed included in Google Drive (ie I have 25000 MB of storage). The next plan is 25 gb for $2.49/month.
