So, I’m stuck in the grays and no one will ever see this, but: I have some real problems with this article. The tone is oddly sensationalizing and it focuses on a lot of random and unimportant deatils in a way that seems pearl-clutching and even, at times, strangely un-feminist for Jezebel.

As far as sentence structure and syntax, "male" or "female" is often easier/faster to use. A sentence that talks about gender-separated bathrooms or health statistics for example:
"50% of the female employees at X firm have LDL cholesterol of Y"
Working from home is nice and dandy, but most people can't work without a boss keeping them on their toes. I know I find it difficult (as I write this, for example :|). Even though most jobs could be performed from home, I feel the productivity would drop a lot.
