By itself it is weird and kinda useless but when comparing to other WR it helps. If two WR has similiar yardage total but one has a much higher yards per route, he is being utilized more and a bigger threat when on the field.

People keep bringing up Teddy’s 2015 stats, as if numbers put up an a much worse offense that was entirely designed to run Adrian Peterson are directly comparable to those put up this year.

Its counting every route you run. A way to measure how much a WR is used when they are on the field.

Led is an awful strong word. He was average at best. He was trending upwards but Teddy’s ability in the eyes of fans has grown more these past 2 years not playing than anyone I’ve ever seen.

If you compare the last 2 PL seasons Kane’s number look slightly better. To add a year when Aguero is in his prime vs Kane’s 1st year starting is a little misleading.

Kane is exceptional but, at his best Aguero is a better
