@xxpor: I forgot to mention also, it seems that they have more police than people. I will go from CWRU to Walmart on Mayfield Rd, a trip of 5-10 min, and will sometimes see 5 or more people pulled over in that time span.

It's funny that he lived in Cleveland Heights. CH is known for being one of the worst cities to drive through. They only have 25mph and 35mph roads, even where 40 or 45 would be fine.
