got any open developer slots? *wink* *nudge*

Is there a weather to remove the stock widget on the notification pull down? Talk about a massive waste of space for 95% of people. I understand the weather widget, but a power controls (3G, airplane, wifi, mute) toggles would be better ... Yes, EXACTLY LIKE ANDROID.

and shafting your developers — don't make something too useful or popular because Apple will just steal it from under you. Innovation indeed.

it appears Apple has stolen ideas from Android, WP7, and the jailbreaking community. Well done...innovative indeed Apple. They just ripped out Instapaper/Read it Later/Readability as well. Wow...it just gets better.

Not like another service pack from Apple, and oh wait...they're charging for it. Well done Apple.

exactly what I was thinking ... how would handle multiple notifications? It seems just as bad as the current system. It's been confirmed fake, but also "pretty close to the real thing" — god I hope it's not like this.

seriously? You guys are excited about a simple login screen? iSheep. #facepalm

I wonder when it'll actually be available — not showing up just yet.

Yeah — RIM copied Palm/HP actually. The Playbook just got released first (and too early many would say).

Considering none of us have tried the TouchPad in person I have no idea what you're referring to. Also considering this isn't the final software...again, pretty pointless to complain.

It'll fail if they limit it to only songs purchased through the iTunes Store. It better not be that pathetically neutered.

Meh ...they aren't very good on the iPad so what makes Apple believe they will be any better on the iPhone?

Good point — the iSheep will give them money no matter how crappy the actual product is. Sad, but obviously true.

We'll talk if it's for ALL my music — not just the 2 tracks I've ever purchased in the iTunes Store.

If Samsung has to hand over their hardware to Apple then the exact same thing should apply to Apple. After all, Samsung is also suing Apple. Goes both ways Mr. Jobs.

@siwex80: a bullshit law that clearly is actually illegal if any non-corrupt judge was to look at it? Yeah, I think we'll keep on breaking that bullshit law.

f-ing pathetic Twitter. Unbelievably pathetic. Grow some balls. You had no legal reason why you actually had to comply with this, and yet you rolled over and spread your legs. Thanks Twitter.

Well that's a first ... the US is left out for once. Sucks though — Spotify should get their s**t together in the US already.

lol... talk to me when you light up NYC or San Francisco — ya know, your 2 worst (and biggest) cities. F-king pathetic AT&T.

I believe that was a UFO sir.
