@Justin Lewis: You clearly have no idea how difficult it truly is to "brick" your phone. It takes A LOT of work to actually put the device into a state where you can't recover. Again, benefits far outweigh these few concerns.

"You'll Be Restoring Often"

It's just you — I know tons of people who have the QR reader app on their phones, and they frequently look up things via QR codes. It's just you, sorry.

no, it doesn't — tons of people are requesting that the developer add this feature though.

crashes on load every time — iPad 4.2.1

@crazydog115: hey ...Apple knows best ...or some bulls**t like that. Approving such an app would imply that Apple didn't release a perfect phone.

I use Chrome dev for day to day stuff and occasionally switch to Chrome canary if I'm feeling bored. Both have been fairly stable with only a rare issue when you might get a bad nightly build. Same goes for Firefox — the aurora/nightly builds have been fairly stable, but occasionally I'll hit a bad build. Not the end

I've never had a false activation problem on Windows using a legit product key. That being said, I had to re-active my system back on Vista one time after re-imagining my install of Vista onto a newly installed HDD. I called the Microsoft Activation hotline # that was provided and used the automated system to reactive

Based on all the questions and things they want you to do it's actually pretty crappy pay.

I wish they'd release the iPad version of the update. I really like the updated iPhone version and I can imagine how great the iPad version would be.

Has anyone actually independently confirmed that it does, in fact, mask your tethering? It's a great claim to make, but consider me skeptical.

Which company are you using to get that kind of deal? How much are you paying per month?

could possibly run a VPN (like iPredator) on your VPS to add a bit more security ...though that of course might impact your download speeds.

Thanks captain ethics — I'm sure you've changed the minds of several people here.

@treehouse768: the torrent will download to the VPS environment will be MUCH FASTER because it won't be limited by the crappy in home internet speed. So your download will finish sooner, and then you can just download the completed file using your in home internet speed.

A Small Orange (referral link): [bit.ly] is offering 10GB of space and 250GB bandwidth for $25/month (for their cheapest level plan). If you buy a year you get 2 months free.

it's probably not much more espresso than you'd normally have in something like a latte anyway — but I'm sure it's tasty with regular coffee too.

um yeah...definitely going to do this for the upcoming summer.

No, considering I got both for free. When I have to actually pay for a device in November (finally get the hell off AT&T) I most certainly will not be giving my money to Apple. I'll probably go Droid having used both operating systems I actively prefer it.

I'd only be interested if it could export to Visio format. Cool though.
