It was a pop star interview, not a masters thesis. You gotta pick your battles, and this one is not worth pursuing.

there was only one when i made the comment a few hours ago. still, the comments criticizing her statements far outweigh the opposite.

women who actively work to tear down women's rights, sure. but women in general? no.

Also if you follow up your use of it by referencing it as "the R word," you likely know deep down inside you've made an oopsie.

Now you want to categorize all women who have guy friends?

how is that a shitty photo? weird headwear aside, she looks good.

you're right, of course, that feminism, by dismantling the patriarchy, helps men, but I took her statement as 'who's fighting for the men and their trampled rights, specifically' — which, while there are certainly instances where men are treated unfairly, society will generally champion them over women.

I see maybe one person here giving her vague support. so, no, we aren't.

it's like she doesn't even get that the jealousy and competitiveness she feels is created and encouraged by society, which is largely dictated by men.

What's the man version of feminism?

gross

yeah, that was their point.

'Also, Kim has done black face herself. Does not excuse what happened to her at all, but she is not above reproach. You are acting like she's a saint right now.'

'charged with submitting false reports'

That said, I had never even heard about the allegations until Oberst filed these claims.

Isn't the estimate like 2%?

Would it be right? No.

set an example they can be proud of to

right? guess she missed the memo that once you have a child, you relinquish all rights to sexual appeal, independence, and personality.

oh, it's already begun. :|
