yep to the chris thing. one of my best friends is named chris — he's dating a guy named chris, they both have exes named chris, and one of the chrises who is an ex is now dating a guy named chris. i also have at least six other male friends named chris.

assuming that it's an incurable STI (most of them are easily treatable), that's why you have that talk before sleeping together, and anyone who sleeps with that person chooses to do so with full disclosure.
