I agree with the people who are telling you to find another doctor. I'm 25 (was 24 when I switched to my new gyno), not currently sexually active, and right after we had the questions and the exam, he asked me if I'd been vaccinated, I said no, but I wanted to, and he said, 'well, pip pip, let's get you started now,'

yeah, like the steubenville incident was just 'a stupid mistake,' according to serena williams. nothing like blatant trivialization, right?

because those viewpoints are still widely held, and they deserved to be roundly and publicly mocked at every opportunity. 'everyone' doesn't know that her statements are foolish and downright dangerous, but I intend to shout about it far and wide until they do.

'trying purposely'? he quoted her. she has no one to blame for this but herself.

I understood what you were saying perfectly, you condescending little twit. When you say she '[did] not control herself,' you're putting the blame on her, as if getting drunk got herself raped. She did not get herself raped. They raped her. It's a very basic concept.

Never anything this stupid, no.

She needs to be the spectacle of the realities of what can possibly happen when you decide to indulge irresponsibly.

not really. I'll repeat — it's in the title.

are you high? do you understand that words have meanings and that your fundamental misunderstanding of how the other user is using the word is contributing to your misunderstanding of their entire comment?

'blatantly and insultingly commercial' =/= 'widespread'

please, point me toward where they '[spoke] openly about suicide,' because all I'm seeing is the exploitation of suicide for page views and brand promotion.

the photographs themselves are wonderful, and are not the problem.

there have been a lot of male writer suicides, too, and yet you don't see anyone glamorizing their deaths in this way.

how does this raise 'suicide awareness,' though? do they link to hotlines or offer assistance to those in need? do they list warning signs or ways to tell if a friend or family member may be suicidal?

i think the phrase 'female writer suicides,' included in the title, probably should've been a tip-off.

because some triggers are far, far more common than others, and yours is not one of those.

not equivalent situations, but good try.

'Seriously, priorities.'

a - spot-on. conveniently, everyone they measure 'just happens' to fit into the (limited) range of bra sizes they carry — 32-38 A-DD! everyone! absolutely everyone!
