There was a local story where someone was killed in a weed robbery for less than an ounce it was killed and all of them went to jail.…

You do realize they already caught the second suspect too, right? It’s quite literally impossible for the DPD to have set this up. There’s far too many variables outside of their control. If the cops wanted to kill Brown they just would’ve sent someone to do it then conveniently never solved the case.
