Top key definitely achieved. Got sympathy for those who got dropped, but kudos to this cruel genius for his initiative and willingness to sacrifice himself for some overall lighthearted lulz
“You may have my fig newtons. In penance.”
I mean they can give it a catchy name if they want but it doesn’t really mean anything. They’re MK64 speedrunners. If he wants to hold all the records their options are to either sit around and do nothing until he’s done, which is dumb, or fight him. There is no inbetween.
We don’t say Bazelbug’s name.
Obviously some damn fool booted up Sburb.
HI NEW HAT
Well you see, the problem is that so many people want someone to tear down to make themselves feel good. Jocks bully nerds, nerds mock d&d players, d&d players mock larpers who view other social outcasts with disdain who in turn view them the same. Fandoms are vilified and reduced to sets of negative traits as certain…
The most dangerous D&D monster of all.
A good fan of anything can tell you where it’s not great. PSO was a wonderful game where you moved at the speeds of glacier and molassas and fought enemies with all the grace of a blimp, and it remains one of my favorite experiences ever. Kingdom Hearts is a friggin mess, but damn if it isn’t a fun, enthusiastic mess.
I didn’t whine at all. I expressed interest in a version of ARK with a different flow of play built into its base. You’re all welcome to enjoy ARK as it is. It’s a fun game for those who have time for it and I hold no disdain for the game or those people. I just look forward to seeing what this brings.
While multiplayer is absolutely a huge draw for a lot of people I’d say this is also probably the easiest one to solo. Between your cat friend, your cat friend’s cat friend, and your cat friend’s mount/monster friend, you get plenty of field support. And of course, it’s still bloody good fun
It’s almost literally a game comprised solely of boss fights so...
Yes, I am aware of this. Neither of these are things I want to deal with. Which is why I said if this is ARK with a lower commitment I’m sold.
I don’t want to have to cheat just to play the game. That’s not fun for me.
The way I see it, ARK isn’t really meant to be played by one person or even a small group of people. It’s meant to be played by a large group, so large that someone can roughly at all times be online keeping tabs on things. It’s fine for those groups, but for smaller groups it’s almost impossible without altering the…
Give me ARK with less of a commitment required and I’m sold.
Right? Holding a grudge for a week is too much effort for me, even if it’s exclusively internal. I can’t imagine going to such ends just because I’m pissy about something. It’s so much easier and more relaxing to get over it.
Overvolve. Bam.
And then there’s Reaper.
