OK, a little more research would have made a better article. Poseidon is not in possession of said center core booster. It did topple over due to high seas, but remained on OCISLY (the name of the drone ship.) Even the tweet quoted by Elon Musk should have made it clear to anyone who truly follows these landings when

I have been informed that my hair has been placed on a thirty-day unpaid leave.

While yeah, this would be mortifying, you knew the risk you were taking when you grew it all the way down your forehead. No one made you do that.

I mean, you’re the guy writing for a sports news website and I’m just an internet commenter avoiding doing actual work on a Wednesday morning, but I get the sense that Magic had literally nothing to do with LeBron getting to the Lakers - LeBron went to the Lakers because it was the best fit for him, his business, his

The fact that he managed to piss off his former city’s fanbase on the way to greener pastures that not many people will be an actual improvement means he’ll fit in quite well with the soon-to-be Las Vegas Raiders, a franchise that knows a thing or two about that sort of thing.

My money is Michigan.  No way this POS even gets out of state before it all goes horribly wrong.

It’s a hot topic that gets clicks. I have a Model 3 and it had a fair amount of quality issues when it was first delivered, but I was also being outrageously picky. Even with that, I still think it’s the best car per value on the market today. It’s so far ahead of almost every other daily driver class of car.

You’re applying sense to a nonsensical fantasy by people that don’t realize that there exist zero other EV manufacturers that can build cars PROFITABLY at Tesla’s price points.

VW is basically getting a subsidy to try to get there by not getting assfucked by the EU for dieselgate, so admittedly they may get there. But

Show me a 35K model from another company that’s available for purchase.

The Leaf? The Bolt? How well are those doing sales-wise versus the Model 3?

I don’t doubt the Porsche will eat at some sales/force Tesla to drop the price of the Model S or refresh it, but the Model S is plenty competitive, and Tesla has more brand

People have been predicting the demise of Tesla for over 10 years now. I wouldn’t write them off yet.

I highly doubt this scenario. The newer Tesla vehicles are average in terms of build quality and reliability and they have a legitimate cost advantage already (go look at how much a Polestar 2 that won’t even be out for another year costs). Their build and reliability issues were really bad on the earlier cars but

-Everyone else who knows how to actually build stuff decides to actually build similar stuff as the startup... While doing it better, higher quality, more accessible, cheaper, etc....

Yeah I for one know Im going to drop 80k instead of 35k so I can put 200k miles on a Porsche in 6 years commuting to work. Porsche is totally gonna own Tesla.

I feel like this post could kick off a whole sub-thread about different perspectives of what is comfortable. An E63 is luxurious, but I would not describe it as comfortable. The seats in our test car were very hard and the ride was definitely on the stiff side.

This incident with a Tesla is not the worst case I have read about. At least the Tesla can stop itself some of the time.

Eh, this became a pass for me. They’ve changed the core of so many characters. Cordelia, Anya and Dru are especially terrible. If you aren't making them better, why change them?

I fail to see what is so bad about that view. It's fine, really

I actually like it from the front. It’s the rear three-quarter I’m not too sure about.

That seems like a strong reaction to what looks like a Model 3 that likes pie too much.

My car has air conditioning. It will cool the inside from 105 degrees Fahrenheit to 70 in about two minutes. I can do it with an app so there’s no need to get into a hot car. And the roof is tinted so there’s no issue with light.
