For sure.

An astounding number of missed opportunities, for several of their brands, the 500L was practical for its size but too dorky and the 500X was coolish looking but useless for its size. Could easily have done a Chrysler version of a CUV too but nope.

I am pretty sure I remember that commercial, I think it may have been car insurance.  But yeah there are just some basic car related things everyone should know.  Changing a tire, jump starting a car (I can but I personally am freaked out be electricity lol), putting gas in a car.

Plus a roll of duct tape and a few wire hangers.

That dad is a man of class, and I can’t begin to fathom the pain he and his family must now carry.

Damn, the initial description I saw was that they had a light scrape type event not a full on tail removal.

Yep, the more properties an entity owns (overall, not just being able to have sub-entities “owning”) the more property tax is, until it becomes impossible to rent them out because the tax is so high.

It’s real weird to for two people to confidently pontificate

The original years didn’t depreciate; they decomposed. This car is a survivor; I give it that. I was around in my twenties during that era. There was no love for these cars, they were appliances. Nothing unique, nothing groundbreaking, no performance, nothing to distinguish these cars. Not a collectible for me. NO

Yep - I hate auto for that exact reason.  I have the windows cracked way more than full down.

As someone who likes to crack windows, I absolutely despise auto-up/down. Trying to tap the switch to open the window a few cm usually ends with the window moving automatically and me trying to cancel it at the perfect time, sometimes after bouncing it up and down a few times before I get it right.

Agreed, but this particular pairing is the exception that proves the rule.

Or to put another way, they don’t want to have to work harder to earn those spending dollars from customers. They just want it given to them immediately through tax breaks.

Ohhh, SNAP!

Exactly. And the reason it doesn’t kill jobs when taxes go up is the same reason it doesn’t magically create more jobs when taxes go down... it’s because market demand is driven by consumer demand, not tax brackets.

That’s possible, after looking at other manufacturers there does appear to be more depreciation than with the Subaru’s.  Except in Ford’s Lightning and Mach E, there’s barely a difference between the MSRP and the used price.

“We respectfully deny all allegations from the FTC,” Coulter said.

I guess my question is why is there a race category on a red light ticket? If there is an option for Not Applicable then it sounds like we can drop the category all together.

Even 75F and 50% humidity is horrible, especially for someone whose lungs were destroyed by pneumonia. Humidity over ~40% pretty much means dead brain cells because my lungs can’t deal with that much moisture and oxygenate the blood normally.
