Always use virtual cards to sign up for subscriptions of any kind.

Always use a virtual card that you can shut off.  Use a different one for each subscription.  My Cap One account lets me set a date on each virtual card where it will no longer accept charges.  And contact they should contact the card they used and dispute the charge.
