It’s not appropriation if it’s a celebration.  He never claimed to invent steel drums, but their use very much fit into the coastal vibe of his music.  Fair to say he was unique in his blending of Americana, country, and Calypso sounds.

This right here.  My home set-up is pretty sweet, add in a pause button, my own food and control over the air-conditioning, well, there needs to be a pretty compelling argument of why I should go see it in the theaters when the main thing I lose in waiting is, well, time spent waiting.

Yep, home theaters are only getting better and cheaper as time goes by. I’ll bet lots of people trapped in their homes during the pandemic upgraded their set ups.
